FX Blinds is a part of The BC Group and has built a reputation of excellence in customer satisfaction and service
by continually monitoring our activities and feedback. We are therefore very confident that you will be happy with your

We take any and all enquiries of this nature very seriously and will always endeavour to achieve a
satisfactory outcome for our customers and to ensure our continued high levels of service and reputation.
All of our blinds are guaranteed for a period of 1 year to be free of manufacturing defects. FX Blinds will replace,
like for like, faulty parts or blinds free of charge within this period.
Returns Policy
We will accept, without question, any request for a return of goods where those goods are faulty or have any other
manufacturing defect. We will also accept returns for goods that have been damaged in transit providing that you have
notified us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that your blinds are faulty or damaged in transit we will offer you the choice of a fully
free of charge replacement or a full refund including all carriage charges, if any. Refunds will be made to the
credit card on which you made payment and will be shown on the next statement according to your credit card company's
policy.
